Top 10 Reasons to live in Forest Glen, Oak Brook

  1. Property Taxes are about 50% less than an equal home in Elmhurst or Hinsdale and we usually have more property and are an open space neighborhood - no fences at the property lines!
  2. Excellent Schools - Unit District 205 from K thru 12 (not like neighboring towns with 2 School Boards and Districts)
  3. School buses from District 205 pickup and drop off all Children K thru 12 (separate buses of course) and will often stop to pick up and drop off children at the end of their driveway!
  4. Location, location, location
  5. 3 minutes from a World Class Hospital - Edwards Elmhurst Hospital - just off of York Rd north of Forest Glen. (we don't hear Ambulance Sirens)
  6. 5 minutes from World Class Shopping - Oak Brook Center Mall
  7. Very private neighborhood one way in and one way out (have emergency access gate in rear when needed) - no drive through's like in Elmhurst or Hinsdale -

      3. Free street sweeping- our streets are always neat and clean.
      4. Water pressure is outstanding and gives Oak Brook one of the highest ratings for fire protection which means lower insurance rate
